Alien Revenant sketches

leading from

1. Glass in biomechanoid suit vehicle crossing landscape with pile of alien heads. I decided to have a an alien queen head that looked a bit like a jet aircraft, probably to irritate Aliens fans. Glass travels around in a vehicle roughly inspired by the biomechanical suits from Independence Day but mergd with the idea of a bear and a sled.

The derelict ship churches also incorporates the idea of merging Chris Foss' derelict ship with Giger's derelict ship with Sylvain Despretz's Skullship from Superman Lives , Patrick Tatopoulos' cave walker's skull from The Cave and "Behemoth's World" by Richard Clifton-Dey. Since I believe one image led to the other and then the other, I decided to look for the commonalities and put them together. The Skullship also has qualities of Dali's Atmospheric Skull Sodomizing a Grand Piano and so I have added that into my derelict spaceship/ church ruin

Notes for an Alien: Revenant Part 2

leading from

a) Memories of a chestburster
When Glass lived in a camp that had been invaded by the aliens, he was his wife be impregnated by an alien and soon chestburster erupt from her body and appear to fly away. He wondered what that would grow into and if the spirit of his wife was somewhere in that life form.

b) Raped by a creature
Glass returned to the planet in an expedition, remembering what went on before. A shapeshifting biomechanoid creature that stepped out of the snow, attacked him, threw him around like a ragdoll and with a tentacle sodomized him before the lifeform finally expired. He was left with the impression that it had to be either probing him or using an electrojack to cause him ejaculate as if he were a stud bull or horse, or inserting something in his anal cavity that was difficult to comprehend rather than an aggressive creature hell bent on man-rape, it's simply carrying out an action difficult to comprehend but still the action left him humiliated and also immobilised. He feared though that there was a creature growing inside him that would rip itself out of his chest as it did to his wife. The party of men he was with led by Fitzgerald with soon felt the need to leave him behind and bury him as dead.

c) The Biomechanoid suit
As he lay buried the life form interested in saving his life began to weave a cocoon around him that turns into a strange chrysalis like pod with tentacles that pulled itself out of the grave and grew sled like runners that enabled it to travel around the planet's open wasteland as this thing propelled itself by pushing from the back with its tentacles, it has an opening that he can push his body through but this planet is cold and he is content with the warmth that this life form offers. (This might as well be something like Independence Day type biomechanical suit on a sled)

d) Biomechanoid head pile
He travels forwards and finds the tower of a thousand of these biomechanoid skulls, they looked as if they were merging into one another, he wondered who or what had slaughtered them all and left this behind. The sled travels across the alien skulls around the tower, there is the sound of cracking and crushing from beneath the runners. He wondered if the skull of the creature that came out of his wife was amongst them. On top is the skull cruelly reminiscent of a jet fighter from planet Earth in shape. Someone out there was hunting these creatures and building this tower, but who. He is rather afraid to think what such a life form might be.

e) Derelict Exploration
Glass soon visits the ruins of an old derelict crumbling vessel in the snow, it sticks out with fins in the air and a large eyesocket from a skull stares down at him. He steps through the opening into the vessel and examines the ancient hieroglyphs and images on the wall, with strange images that he can barely comprehend. It's surely from another part of the galaxy. Who else has been landing here in the past? Through the images on the wall, he comes to understand the secret.

f) Fitzgerald survived an alien attack
Glass recalled how Fitzgerald had survived an attack from one of these creatures and was left with a severe head injury.

Fitzgerald

g) Gun
Emerging from the biosuit with gun, Glass shoots Fitzgerald.

More aliens

Fluidic alien

An alien with a roughly fluid form

Extendd humanoid

Multi limbed alien. The drawing starts out as something abstract sciencefictional and then just extends and extends and so the head is just an elongated head with more faces added on to extend it and other features too and well, it just turns into the typical sort of thing that I find myself drawing. It's a sort of a joke about not knowing where to stop when drawing a face that continues to extend further and further forwards

Alien carrying a man
Alien carrying a human into the lair. The human body's proportions didn't want to make any particular visual sense just to perhaps make it ruined a long time before it was finished or stopped rather because this isn't finished, perhaps it made more sense that way anyway . I am the last to have much of a clue about these things.

Man carrying alien head

Man carrying an alien head from A to B, and something goes wrong on the way. He could very easily be someone walking through Trumpton or Chigley with his alien head under his arm.

Another Predalien "Predalien breaking out through a cafe window surrounded by Paparazzi I"

a) More of these images continue to manifest. Another Predalien or whatever drawing, this one seeming to break through a window that appears to break off into small pieces when smashed through. It would have to be some sort of fake glass.

b) Perhaps a photographer is in the way. Perhaps I've decided that the monster is nothing more than an oversized statue placed on a wheelie platform and someone had to push it through the window make it look as if it is doing something in the world of the drawing and it is dangerous because of the size, weight and presence of sharp parts.

c) The other possibility is that it's someone crashing through a window with a canister vacuum cleaner above his head and no one could believe it was something so simple as that and had to believe it was a monster of some sort.

d) Beneath it all, it might as well be a sort of a central vacant phantom eye shape looking through from beyond, taking on the form of a monster, and it might as well have a vortex around it that the tail has become one arm of. but we're going to keep it in the shape of some sort of an Alien monster. Part of this drawing appears to be the fight to draw something distinguishable from all the other ink markings around it.

e) It might have been fun to have the thing busting a window at the local cafe, as if it's about trying to project a mythology into the local area, in the manner of Stanley Spencer.

Millennium Falconom II

Millennium Falconom II; Rather silly looking merger between the Millennium Falcon and Giger's Necronom II by way of the Tutenkhamun desert glass pectoral. Well the idea is that I came to discover that both the Star Wars spaceship and Giger's painting bore elements of shapes and forms  from the Tutenkhamun jewellry that was being exhibited in 1976 which was the year the Millennium Falcon was designed and Giger painted Necronom II. The merger probably doesn't particularly work other than as something that came out of a melting pot of ideas in space and I suppose other things have crawled in to it , perhaps chistmas tree baubles, to deviate it from its source ideas a bit. The cockpit of the craft appears to be the tip of a long phallic tongue.
